I started writing PHP in 2010 and never stopped — but over 15 years I've also led teams, owned P&Ls, hired engineers, and sat in board meetings explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical founders.

I specialise in the messy middle: companies that are too big for one senior developer to hold together, but not yet ready (or willing) to hire a €200K/year full-time CTO. That's where I come in.

My superpower is simplicity under complexity — taking a system that's become a liability and turning it into an asset, without stopping the business in the process.
